Unused product in its original packaging, reported within 3 days of delivery
Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram with your order number and a photo of the item.
Once approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to our address at your own cost.
After we receive and verify it, we’ll send your exchange promptly.
